Afzal Ahmed

In 2005, Afzal joined Infront Solutions (later becoming part of the Innovation Group) to set up and manage an office in the North of England. Afzal attained professional qualifications and subsidence and insurance claims management expertise spanning 25 years, having responsibility for both engineering and claim functions. In previous roles he had strategic responsibility for technical claims, L&D, client & customer relationships, recoveries and audit.

Afzal recently joined Crawford from 360Globalnet, where he was managing director of the subsidence business.
