Glenn Thornton

After five years at Norwich Union (Aviva) Glenn joined the Thomas Howell Group (subsequently acquired by Crawford’s) in 1991. Having fulfilled a variety of roles within the property business Glenn spent 10 years in the Major Loss team of a competitor before returning to Crawford’s in 2019.

Working within GTS in the UK as Product Development Director he played a key role in a number of significant projects including the Major Loss succession plans and the Covid BI response. He was made head of Major and Complex Loss in 2021.
