Mathy Boon

After completing his studies as a civil engineer, Mathy worked for contractors before starting as a claims adjuster for an insurance company in 1991. In 1997, Mathy made the switch to an international operating survey company. In 2000, BosBoon Expertise was founded which after and growth across all disciplines was acquired by Crawford & Company in 2021.

Mathy's experience as a technical expert covers national and international civil engineering projects. In addition, Mathy is also involved in international PI cases and product liability claims. Within Crawford's international network, Mathy uses his knowledge to set up international expert appraisal programs for relations (Corporate Insureds, Captives, (re)insurers and brokers. Mathy works as a liaison in international claims in his own area of expertise.
