Before joining Crawford & Company in 2006 Ruth worked at a boutique law firm for 17 years concentrating on insurance defence and commercial litigation matters. Ruth uses her skills developed in the practice of law to bring value added services to her clients in the investigation, handling, management and settlement of a multitude of professional liability claims.
