Scott Reichelt

Based in Singapore, with a background in forensic accounting and loss adjusting, including a career spent adjusting countless multi-million-dollar claims, Scott leads Crawford’s operations in eight regions across Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Thailand, Philippines and Taiwan, as well as Crawford’s interests in Indonesia and India.

With 18 years of insurance industry expertise, Scott is an ideal balance between being exceptional from a technical perspective, with first-hand understanding of the value of loss adjusting in the claims lifecycle, while at the same time he has a proven track record of creating high performing and well-functioning teams.

Scott was appointed Asia President in April 2024. However, prior to this, he spent a decade with Crawford between 2010 and 2020. He previously held roles within Crawford Asia including Managing Director of Crawford Forensic Accounting Services, Managing Director of Global Technical Services, and Chief Technical Officer.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Business, Accounting, (2004) from the University of Technology Sydney and an MBA from University of New South Wales Business School (2012). He is a Chartered Accountant.
