After serving in the Air Force where she managed logistics and freight loaded onto aircrafts for delivery, Valorie ventured into the claims industry in 2014 working as a Cargo/Physical Damage Manager before joining Crawford in 2021. In her current role, Valorie oversees the facilitation of physical damage and cargo claims handling processes to reduce cycle time and develop new strategies for improved handling.
