It is now widely accepted across the insurance industry that the severity, scale, and number of weather events is rapidly increasing.
At Crawford, we recognise that even the best catastrophe management plans of the past, are not necessarily going to continue to serve us well into the future.
Crawford Australia has undertaken a comprehensive review of our operations following the floods/storms down the east coast of Australia during the first half of 2022 and, as a result, we plan to make a number of changes and improvements within our business to be ready for more intense weather events moving forward.
