Via Crawford Australia’s CRD Building Consultants & Engineers division, our building consultants specialise in assessing residential and commercial constructions, with thorough knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards. We investigate and determine requirements for reinstatement, as well as design and prepare CAD drawings. We will also prepare plans for submission to Council (i.e. development application).

Our building consultants will do all required project design work for reinstatement including: speciﬁc detailed Scope of Works; obtaining builders’ quotations; reviewing and providing recommendations for the best path forward; and dilapidation reports.
